Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the LegalDreams website or platform for any of the following:

• Unlawful activity of any kind, or activity that violates applicable professional or bar council rules.
• Fraud, impersonation, or submitting false information through our forms.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at LegalDreams staff or other users.
• Malicious automation, including bots designed to submit fraudulent waitlist or onboarding entries.
• Misuse of court, judgment, or other legal-data systems accessed through the platform, once such features are live.
• Credential abuse, including attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Scraping or bulk data extraction from the website outside of normal browsing or documented, approved workflows.
• Uploading or transmitting malware, or attempting to compromise the security of our website or infrastructure.
• Attempting to circumvent security controls, rate limits, or CAPTCHA protections.
• Unauthorized access or attempted access to systems, data, or accounts you do not have permission to use.
• Uploading or submitting content you do not have the legal right to process, including client-confidential material you are not authorized to share.
• Abuse of WhatsApp or other messaging channels, including sending unsolicited messages through numbers associated with LegalDreams.
• Spam, including automated or bulk unsolicited communications sent using LegalDreams' name or infrastructure.
• Exploiting the platform in ways inconsistent with its intended purpose, once product features are live.
• Presenting AI-assisted output as independently verified, certified, or guaranteed-accurate when it has not been reviewed as required by our AI Policy.

Enforcement

We may suspend or remove access to our website or waitlist for anyone who violates this policy. Where conduct may be unlawful, we may also report it to the relevant authorities.
