These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of legaldreams.in and any related early-access services offered by Legal Dreams Private Limited(“LegalDreams”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
“Website” means legaldreams.in. “Platform” means the LegalDreams product and services, currently in pre-launch/early-access. “You” means the individual or organization using the Website or requesting onboarding.
2. Platform Scope and Current Status
LegalDreams provides, and is building toward providing, legal technology infrastructure and workflow software for advocates, chambers, and law firms. LegalDreams is a technology platform. It is not a law firm, does not act as an advocate, and does not provide legal advice, attorney services, or practitioner representation. The Platform is currently pre-launch: most product features described on this website are planned or in development, not yet generally available. Where a feature is live, the website labels it “Active”; where it is not, it is labeled “Coming Soon” or described in future tense.
3. Eligibility and Account Accuracy
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this Website. You agree to provide accurate information when joining the waitlist or requesting onboarding, and to keep it up to date.
4. Customer and Professional Responsibilities
If you are an advocate, law firm, or legal team, you remain solely responsible for your professional conduct, your compliance with applicable bar council rules and professional obligations, the legal advice you give your clients, and any documents you file or send using tools that LegalDreams may make available in the future. LegalDreams does not supervise, direct, or take responsibility for your professional legal work.
5. No Legal Advice; No Guarantee of Outcome
Nothing on this website or in any LegalDreams communication constitutes legal advice. LegalDreams does not guarantee any legal outcome, case result, or filing acceptance. Any AI-generated or AI-assisted output, once such features are live, is a drafting aid only and requires review and verification by a qualified advocate before use. See our AI Policy for more detail on this human-review requirement.
6. Source and Third-Party Data Limitations
Where LegalDreams incorporates court data, judgment records, or other third-party legal data sources, such data may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors introduced by the original source. LegalDreams is not responsible for inaccuracies originating from third-party or government data sources.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this Website - including attempting unauthorized access, submitting fraudulent or malicious form submissions, scraping the site outside of normal browsing, or using it for any unlawful purpose. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited uses.
8. Intellectual Property
The LegalDreams name, logo, website design, and content are owned by Legal Dreams Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our website content without permission, except as necessary for normal personal browsing.
9. Customer Content
Any information you submit through our forms remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to respond to your request, operate the waitlist/onboarding process, and provide the services you asked for.
10. Confidentiality
We treat information you share with us through onboarding and support channels as confidential business information, used only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Payments
No payment is required to join the waitlist or request Priority Firm Onboarding. Paid subscriptions are not yet active. When billing is enabled, applicable pricing, taxes, renewal, and cancellation terms will be published on our Pricing page and Refund & Cancellation Policy, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.
12. Service Availability and Changes
Features, launch timelines, and plan availability may change as we build the product. We do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability level at this stage; specific service-level commitments, if any, will be published once the Platform is generally available.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or remove access to the Website or waitlist for anyone who violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the Website, or request deletion of your data, at any time by contacting us as described in our Privacy & Data Rights page.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LegalDreams and Legal Dreams Private Limited are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Website or reliance on its content. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify LegalDreams against claims arising from your misuse of the Website, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law, professional rules, or third-party rights.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to applicable law. We encourage you to first raise any dispute with us directly at contact@legaldreams.in so we can try to resolve it informally.
17. Modification of These Terms
We may update these Terms as our product and business evolve. Material changes will update the effective date below; continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
