Refund & Cancellation Policy

Current Pre-Launch Phase

LegalDreams is currently in early access. Joining the waitlist or requesting priority onboarding does not charge any payment today. No refund action is required during this phase because no funds are collected until a plan is formally activated with your consent.

Subscription Cancellation

Once billing is active, you may cancel a monthly subscription (Basic AI or Pro AI) at any time from your account settings or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you retain access until that cycle ends. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate or erroneous charges are eligible for a full refund.
• Charges caused by a verified platform outage or technical failure that materially prevented use of paid features are eligible for a full or prorated refund, at our discretion.
• Because access to AI queries, drafting credits, and case-law research begins immediately on activation, change-of-mind refund requests after a billing cycle has started are generally not eligible, except where required by applicable Indian consumer protection law.
• Annual or multi-month prepaid plans are refunded on a prorated basis for unused, unstarted months only.

Enterprise & Custom Plans

Enterprise deployments are governed by the commercial terms in the executed order form or master service agreement, which take precedence over this policy for cancellation notice periods and refund treatment.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@legaldreams.in with your registered account email, invoice or transaction reference, and the reason for your request. We aim to review and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's processing timelines.
