1. Who We Are

Legal Dreams Private Limited is a Private Limited Company incorporated in India, reachable at +91 8800 316 123, operating the LegalDreams website and platform. Full corporate registration detail (CIN, incorporation date, PAN, TAN) is published at /legal.

2. Scope

This policy covers information collected through legaldreams.in, including the waitlist signup form, the Priority Firm Onboarding form, and general website usage. It does not yet cover customer, matter, document, or WhatsApp-conversation data, because LegalDreams' core product is not yet live - this policy will be revised and expanded before any such data is processed.

3. Information We Collect

Today, we collect only what you submit directly through our website forms:

• Waitlist signups: full name, email address, phone number, and selected plan interest.
• Priority Firm Onboarding requests: full name, organization name, team size, primary workflow requirement, phone number, and any message you choose to share.
• Support communications: anything you send us by email or WhatsApp when contacting support.
• Basic technical data: standard web request information (such as IP address and browser user-agent) that our hosting infrastructure processes to serve the site and prevent abuse.

We do not currently collect case, matter, or client-document data, because those product features are not yet live. See our AI Policy and Security & Trust Center for current product status.

4. How We Use Information

• To respond to waitlist signups and onboarding requests, including scheduling scoping calls.
• To send launch updates, product briefings, and rollout invitations.
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• To maintain operational, security, and delivery logs (for example, confirming that a notification email was sent).
• To improve our website and understand early-access demand.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Legal Basis and Consent

We process the information above on the basis of your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry and operating our website. Where applicable law requires a specific lawful basis or consent notice, we will provide it at the point of collection.

6. Data Retention

We retain waitlist and onboarding request data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, manage the early-access rollout, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations, or until you request deletion under Section 9 below. Email delivery logs are retained for operational and security troubleshooting purposes.

7. Cookies

The LegalDreams website does not currently set non-essential analytics or marketing cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the current, up-to-date position and how this will be handled if that changes.

8. Third-Party Service Providers

We use a small number of service providers to operate this website:

• A managed PostgreSQL database provider, to store waitlist and onboarding submissions.
• An email delivery (SMTP) provider, to send confirmation and notification emails.
• Our hosting/deployment provider, to serve the website.

As we introduce AI-assisted features, WhatsApp messaging, or payment processing, this section will be updated to name the specific providers involved and the categories of data each one processes, before those features go live. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models today, because no AI provider is yet integrated into the product; see our AI Policy for our intended approach once AI features launch.

9. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent for future processing. 10. Security Measures

We apply server-side validation and abuse-prevention (CAPTCHA) checks on our public forms, and use parameterized database queries to reduce injection risk. As LegalDreams' product and infrastructure mature, we will publish further detail on encryption, access control, and monitoring in our Security & Trust Center, clearly distinguishing implemented controls from planned ones.

11. Data Localization

LegalDreams is being engineered with an India-first infrastructure philosophy. We do not yet publish a specific, verified data-residency guarantee - full infrastructure details will be published in our Security & Trust Center as they are finalized.

12. Confidential Professional Workflows

LegalDreams is designed to support confidential professional workflows for advocates and law firms. This is a design philosophy, not a legal guarantee of privilege: advocate-client privilege is a legal concept determined by applicable law and the conduct of the parties involved, not created by our platform. You remain responsible for determining what information is lawful and appropriate for you to submit through our website or platform, and for how you use it.

13. Children

LegalDreams is intended for use by advocates, legal professionals, and business representatives. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our product, infrastructure, and vendor relationships evolve, particularly before launching customer-data-processing features such as case management, AI drafting, or WhatsApp messaging. Material changes will update the effective date below.
