- It is a support tool for the advocate's own review, not a replacement for professional judgment before submission.
- Coverage of specific filing-type requirements will grow over time and will not be exhaustive on day one.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does a passed filing-readiness check guarantee court acceptance?
No. It checks completeness, formatting, and citation verification status against what the platform knows about a filing type - it does not guarantee any legal outcome or filing acceptance. See our Terms of Service, Section 5.
Is this different from the citation checking done during drafting?
Yes - filing-readiness QA is intended as a separate, later check, re-verifying citation status and completeness right before submission, independent of the drafting step itself.
