Coordinate the Whole Chamber, Not Just Your Own Matters

Multi-advocate firms lose time at the seams - when a matter moves between associates, when billing doesn't match time spent, when a partner needs a status update mid-hearing. LegalDreams is being built to close those gaps.

Where firm-wide coordination breaks down

Individually, advocates manage their own matters reasonably well. The friction shows up between people - when a matter is reassigned, when a partner needs visibility without micromanaging, or when billing has to be reconstructed after the fact.

  • Matter handoffs between associates rely on a verbal briefing and whatever notes happen to exist.
  • Partners get status updates by asking, not by looking at a shared, current view of firm matters.
  • Billing is rebuilt from memory or scattered notes at month-end, rather than tracked as work happens.
  • Client communication is split across individual advocates' personal numbers, with no firm-level record.

What we're building for firm-wide coordination

LegalDreams' roadmap includes a shared chamber workspace: matters visible across the team (with appropriate access control), consistent drafting standards, time and billing tracked as work happens, and client updates sent through a firm-linked channel rather than a personal number.

How This Fits the LegalDreams Workflow

LegalDreams is built around one continuous chain from source document to filed, verified work product. Here is where this capability sits in that chain.

  1. 1A matter is created once and stays associated with the firm, not just one advocate's inbox.
  2. 2Team members with access can see matter status, court dates, and outstanding tasks.
  3. 3Drafting and research follow the same source-grounded, human-review workflow for every advocate on the matter.
  4. 4Filing-readiness checks run before a document leaves the firm, regardless of who drafted it.
  5. 5Time and billing entries accumulate from actual work on the matter, not a month-end reconstruction.
  6. 6Client updates route through a firm-linked WhatsApp channel with a record of what was sent.

What This Doesn't Do

We would rather be precise than impressive. Here is what to keep in mind.

  • None of the features above are live yet - this describes the product roadmap, not a shipped product today. See our Features page for current status.
  • Team access controls, once live, will need to be configured deliberately by the firm - LegalDreams does not decide who should see what on your behalf.
  • Firm-wide billing and time tracking will still depend on advocates entering their own time; LegalDreams does not auto-detect billable work.
  • Enterprise deployment scope, timelines, and custom integrations are discussed directly during onboarding, not published as a fixed package here.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the Enterprise plan different from Pro AI?

Enterprise is scoped to your firm's size and deployment needs, with custom WhatsApp integration, team routing, and a dedicated onboarding contact. See our Pricing page for the comparison, or request onboarding to discuss specifics.

Can different advocates in the firm have different access levels?

Firm-wide access control is on our roadmap, intended to let partners scope what associates and support staff can see. It is not live yet.

Do you support migrating from our current case-tracking spreadsheet or system?

Migration support is part of what we discuss during Priority Firm Onboarding - request onboarding and share what you're moving from so we can scope it properly.
